Marketing Executive
ROLE SUMMARY
The Marketing Executive supports the execution and enhancement of customer engagement and loyalty initiatives, coordinating loyalty programs and optimizing customer communications. Working across marketing operations and Data & AI, the role ensures campaigns are efficiently delivered and insight-driven, aligning daily activities with data-led strategies to boost engagement and performance.
ROLE PROFILE
- Oversee daily loyalty program operations, including campaign setup, rewards fulfilment, member onboarding, and platform updates.
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy in offer configurations, targeting, and alignment with business priorities.
- Maintain operational integrity, including rewards inventory tracking, fraud monitoring, and coordination with relevant teams.
- Enhance member engagement, supporting personalized journeys, CRM triggers, and value-driven experiences based on member insights.
- Support Data & AI initiatives by coordinating data validation, integrating new behavioral signals, and applying CLV insights to loyalty actions.
- Assist with budget management, tracking campaign spend, reward costs, and financial compliance.
- Analyze program and campaign performance, recommending improvements to targeting, mechanics, and engagement strategies.
- Prepare reports and insights, sharing KPIs, ROI, and recommendations while staying updated on loyalty and CRM best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-4 years of experience in loyalty programs, CRM, or campaign operations, ideally in retail, shopping malls, or consumer-focused sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field
- Experience supporting data-driven marketing or loyalty initiatives that involve segmentation, personalization, and analytics integration
- Proficient in using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools to track campaign performance, member behavior, and KPIs
- Customer-centric and collaborative, prioritizing member value while working effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Execution-driven and proactive, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
