Job Description

At Premier inn Hotel, we believe exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people. We are seeking for a passionate Emirati with a strong leadership presence and exceptional time management to provide high-level administrative and executive support for our leadership. This role reports to the Managing Director & operations Excellence Director as well. this role critical in ensuring operational excellence, effective event coordinator, support business development and seamless day-to-day support for the management team.

What Will I Be Doing

  • Improving administrative performance
  • providing structured support such as booking occasional meetings for the MD.
  • Arrange meetings time, prepare reports, presentations, collaboration and administrative summaries for important points.
  • plan, coordinate, and support the execution of leadership meetings
  • support Ramadan activities, Assist with the coordination of Dubai 30x30 fitness initiatives, support hotel level celebrations, seasonal Events, and team activities.
  • Support business travel onboarding/offboarding
  • manage business travel arrangements for C-Suite members, senior leadership, which include booking flights, hotel, transportation, and any other requirement related to their visits.
  • coordinating leadership and HUB meetings
  • responsible for the hands-on planning and execution of a wide range of community events and activation.
  • Event & Engagement Coordination
  • Managing Hotel gatherings, including communicating with general managers to ensure alignment of plans, arranging transportation, managing budgets, gathering the number of participants, selecting venues, and obtaining the necessary permits for site visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in executive support, operations coordination or senior administrative role within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders including diary management, meeting coordination, documentation, and follow -up.
  • Experience managing information, communication, and priorities with a high level of Accuracy, organization, and attention to deal.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in managing business travel arrangements for C-Suite members, which include booking flights, hotel, transportation, and any other requirement related to their visits.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey expectations, processes and regulations clearly to Managers and colleagues.
  • Relationship-building skills with cultural awareness and an ability to build trust quickly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation, compliance tasks and data.
  • Analytical ability to interpret People data, identify trends and provide simple insight-led recommendations.
  • Organizational and coordination skills, with reliable follow-through on tasks and timelines.
  • Problem-solving and resilience in managing shifting priorities, operational pressures or government-related queries.
