We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Emiratization Recruiter to support Emirati talent acquisition initiatives across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in Emirati recruitment, a solid understanding of Emiratization policies, and a strong passion for contributing to national workforce development.
This role is open to Emirati nationals who are committed to advancing Emiratization efforts and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage Emirati candidates for various roles across different sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and databases to identify qualified Emirati talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure suitability for client requirements.
- Provide shortlists and hiring recommendations to clients in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with UAE Emiratization policies, labor regulations, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Emiratization recruitment or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Emiratization policies and initiatives.
- Proven ability to source and place Emirati candidates successfully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
