Employee Banking Adviser

We are looking for an Employee Banking Adviser with 1–2+ years of experience in Employee Banking, Retail Banking, or a similar sales/acquisition role.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of CASA, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
• Build relationships with employers, HR teams, and key decision-makers.
• Acquire and manage high-value, higher-income customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Provide suitable banking solutions based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of relevant UAE banking experience.
• Proven track record in liability acquisition and sales target achievement.
• Strong knowledge of CASA, Cards, Personal Loans, and Employee Banking.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven and results-focused.
