Employee Banking CASA Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a high-performing Employee Banking / CASA Acquisition Executive with proven UAE banking experience and a strong track record in acquiring and growing CASA relationships within the corporate and employee banking segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive CASA acquisition by targeting employees of corporate and institutional clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR teams and key decision-makers to generate employee banking opportunities.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and onboard employees onto Current and Savings Account (CASA) products.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate and employee banking prospects.
• Conduct outdoor sales and field visits to companies, business groups and employee locations to generate new business.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant banking products including credit cards, personal loans, investments and other retail banking solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual targets for CASA acquisition, customer onboarding and revenue generation.
• Maintain strong relationships with acquired customers to support portfolio growth and retention.
• Follow up on leads, applications and account-opening requirements to ensure successful conversion.
• Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Compliance and Credit to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Ensure all customer documentation and activities comply with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and pipeline updates.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of UAE banking experience, preferably in Employee Banking, Retail Banking, Relationship Management or CASA Acquisition.
• Proven experience in CASA acquisition and customer onboarding.
• Strong understanding of the UAE banking and corporate employee banking market.
• Experience in acquiring new-to-bank customers and growing CASA balances.
