Employee Banking Outdoor Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Employee Banking – Outdoor Sales Executive to acquire new customers through company visits, employer relationships, and direct sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire CASA salary accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
• Conduct outdoor visits to companies and meet employees to promote banking products.
• Build relationships with HR teams, employers, and key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Provide suitable banking solutions based on customer needs.

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of UAE banking sales/outdoor sales experience.
• Experience in CASA, credit cards, personal loans, or employee banking.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
