Role Overview
Manage a key corporate account end-to-end, including Level 1 claims handling, endorsements, client servicing, and financial coordination. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) and ensure efficient on-site support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Claims & Endorsements
- Handle Level 1 claims processing (reimbursements, approvals, basic validations)
- Manage benefit & network queries (calls/emails)
- Process endorsements (additions, deletions, category changes)
- Coordinate with insurers/TPAs and ensure SLA adherence
Client Servicing
- Act as primary SPOC for all client queries handling high-volume interactions (calls, emails, walk-ins)
- Provide benefits and network guidance
Financial Coordination
- Manage invoice & statement reconciliation
- Coordinate with client and internal finance teams and follow up on payments
Operations & Ownership
- Manage daily workload across claims, endorsements, and queries ensuring accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency
