Employee Engagement Specialist / Senior Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Employee Engagement professionals to support employee experience, engagement, culture and workplace initiatives within a major organization in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Support employee experience and workplace-culture programs.
Conduct and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback.
Develop engagement reports, KPIs and recommendations.
Coordinate employee events, campaigns and internal initiatives.
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Support organizational change and culture initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
Relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Employee Relations or HR.
For senior-level consideration, 6–10 years HR experience is required.
Master's degree preferred for senior-level candidates.
Strong stakeholder-management, analytical and communication capabilities.
Change-management and coaching experience advantageous.
Arabic and English capability preferred.
