Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
- Coordinate the full onboarding journey for regional hires, ensuring new employees in KSA and the ME region receive a seamless and well-structured welcome experience.
- Develop customized onboarding plans based on role requirements and ensure timely completion of all pre-joining and post-joining tasks.
- Conduct and support company orientation sessions to introduce new hires to organizational culture, values, policies, and tools.
- Arrange logistics for onboarding days, including office tours, workspace preparation, access requests, and welcome materials.
Candidate Experience & HR Coordination
- Manage candidate experience touchpoints, including interview scheduling, communication flow, and pre-hire coordination across the ME region.
- Act as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a consistent and professional hiring journey.
- Support document collection, new hire data entry, and maintain complete and compliant employee files.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities across the ME region, including:
- Team-building initiatives
- Employee milestones (birthdays, promotions, farewells)
- Cultural celebrations and themed events
- Develop internal communication materials, announcements, and engagement content to strengthen team connection and company culture.
- Coordinate regional well-being and team experience programs that foster collaboration, morale, and workplace belonging.
Events & Regional Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of quarterly Townhalls, including agenda preparation, recognition segments, coordination with speakers, and event logistics.
- Help design and deliver workshops, learning sessions, and off-site activities that reinforce team alignment and motivation.
- Collaborate with HR teams in Saudi Arabia and the UAE to align engagement initiatives and ensure consistent employee experience across the ME region.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Saudi National (mandatory as per law).
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
- High attention to detail and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable supporting cross-border HR activities.
