As a key member of the HR team, you will drive programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, motivation, and organizational culture while supporting business objectives and workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement employee happiness and engagement strategies

Lead employee wellness, recognition, and retention initiatives

Manage employee feedback, grievance resolution, and improvement plans

Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership

Collaborate with HR and business units to improve the employee experience

Lead and mentor a team while fostering a high-performance culture

Drive innovative solutions to improve employee morale and engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Highly analytical with strong planning and organizational abilities

Experience in employee engagement, workplace wellness, and culture development

Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
