Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt
Role Summary
The Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager will act as back up for the Employee Services Manager in all tasks & issues related to Employee Services, will be also assisting team members with questions and escalations, Managing the work assignments allocation of Employee Services function for MAF diff OpCos; GS, Properties, Entertainment, Lifestyle & Holding. Will handle periodical review of all operations with the respective stakeholders.
ROLE PROFILE
- Supervises the Employee Services team.
- Analyzes current systems issues to figure out operational gaps & initiate corrective recommendations that lead to a smooth process
- Creates dashboards reflecting real time data.
- Proactively seeks feedback from concerned stakeholders and works towards development considering the received feedback.
- Conducts weekly meetings with OpCos TA Partners & P&O team to share all updates and discuss any pending issues.
- Conducts quality checks on the Employee Services team to make sure that they are following the policies and procedures through checking random samples & running system reports.
- Provides coaching and timely feedback to the team.
Requirements
- Graduate in a relevant/numerate discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of HR relevant experience where at least 1 years are spent in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of local / Regional labor laws (Business Acumen).
