REP GURU is hiring an Employee Relations & HR Operations Specialist :
Position Overview:
The Employee Relations & HR Operations Specialist supports daily HR operations, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, employee relations practices, and HR administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Address employee complaints and conduct investigations
Support disciplinary actions and performance management processes
Advise managers on HR policies and employee relations practices
Manage personnel affairs, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and social insurance processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain accurate records of cases and employee files
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources (Employee Relations & Personnel preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
