We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead employee relations matters and ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law. The role will support a fair, consistent, and compliant employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Advise management and HR teams on matters related to Qatar Labor Law and employment regulations
- Lead disciplinary processes and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
- Handle employee misconduct, performance issues, and workplace concerns in line with legal requirements
- Support the resolution of labor disputes and coordinate with legal counsel where required
- Develop, review, and implement employee relations policies and internal guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for employee relations cases
Requirements
- Proven experience in employee relations or HR, with a strong ER focus
- Solid knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and local employment regulations
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Strong judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience in large organizations, semi-government, or regulated environments
- Arabic and English proficiency
