Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead employee relations matters and ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law. The role will support a fair, consistent, and compliant employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Advise management and HR teams on matters related to Qatar Labor Law and employment regulations
  • Lead disciplinary processes and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Handle employee misconduct, performance issues, and workplace concerns in line with legal requirements
  • Support the resolution of labor disputes and coordinate with legal counsel where required
  • Develop, review, and implement employee relations policies and internal guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for employee relations cases

Requirements

  • Proven experience in employee relations or HR, with a strong ER focus
  • Solid knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and local employment regulations
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases
  • Strong judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in large organizations, semi-government, or regulated environments
  • Arabic and English proficiency
