Job Overview:

Support the Human Resources Department in managing employee relations functions, ensuring a positive work environment, compliance with labor laws, and effective communication between management and employees. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives to promote fairness, transparency, and organizational harmony within the facility management context.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement employee relations policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors on disciplinary procedures, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Investigate employee complaints or disputes and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining employee engagement programs that foster motivation, productivity, and retention.
  • Monitor workplace culture and employee morale, recommending initiatives to enhance satisfaction and performance.
  • Coordinate the communication of HR policies, procedures, and updates to ensure consistency and understanding across departments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and grievance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the legal team and government authorities to ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal HR standards.
  • Support HR initiatives such as surveys, exit interviews, and employee recognition programs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for policy enhancement or process efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM -CP, CIPD, or PHR) preferred.
