Role Description The Employee Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, providing guidance on HR policies, and supporting leaders in resolving workplace issues fairly and consistently. The role involves conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions that align with labor and employment regulations and company standards. The specialist will collaborate with managers to drive employee engagement initiatives, support performance management processes, and partner with HR colleagues to design and implement programs that enhance workplace culture. Regular activities also include preparing reports, analyzing trends in employee relations, and recommending improvements to policies and practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Employee Relations and Employee Engagement skills to support a positive work environment and enhance workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and consistent application of standards.
- Candidates should possess experience in Performance Management to support managers in setting expectations, providing feedback, and addressing performance concerns.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare clear, accurate reports.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, and prior experience in HR or employee relations; HR certifications are a plus.
- Candidates should possess the ability to build trust with employees and leadership, work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, and manage multiple cases and projects effectively.
