Employee Relations Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our growing HR team. As an Employee Relations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting a large, dynamic, and fast-paced organization, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law while driving engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring fairness, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Partner with business leaders to resolve workplace challenges and recommend practical HR solutions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and culture-building events.
- Analyze employee feedback, engagement survey results, turnover trends, and exit interview insights to recommend improvement initiatives.
- Support employee retention strategies and contribute to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- Coordinate probation reviews, employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and internal mobility.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support the performance management process by coaching managers on employee relations best practices.
- Maintain HR documentation, disciplinary records, and employee files with complete confidentiality.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports on employee relations, engagement, absenteeism, disciplinary trends, and retention metrics.
- Support organizational change initiatives and promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Employee Relations or HR Generalist experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience within the real estate or property sector is highly preferred.

Salary between AED 6000 to AED 7000/-
