1. JOB PURPOSE:
To support the effective management of employee relations by handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, and policy implementation. The Employee Relations Specialist ensures compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law while promoting a positive work environment through fair, consistent, and timely resolution of employee relations matters.
2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and perform daily employee services activities, including payroll, GOSI, time attendance, vacations, overtime, and business trips.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee-related transactions in accordance with internal policies and Saudi Labor Law.
- Administer medical insurance processes, including employee enrollment, renewals, claims, and deletions.
- Process and maintain employee records through government portals such as Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Process employee requests for leaves, loans, and advances, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Manage government-related transactions, including Iqama renewals, exit/re-entry visas, and sponsorship transfers.
- Prepare and issue employee-related letters, including employment certificates, salary certificates, promotion letters, and termination notices.
- Calculate End of Service (EOS) benefits and final settlements in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
- Support employee investigations and disciplinary processes by preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required reports and employee documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee services processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Provide timely support and guidance to employees regarding HR services, policies, and procedures.
3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, or a related HR function.
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR policies and procedures.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
