Responsibilities
- Create employer branding content for LinkedIn and other channels
- Collect employee testimonials, photos, and videos
- Support updates to the careers page
- Track and report on engagement metrics
- Research industry employer branding trends
- Support employer brand initiatives and referral campaigns
- Help organize recruitment events and campus drives
- Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Interest in employer branding and content creation
- Nice to have: Canva or social media experience
