We are seeking a skilled End User Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hardware and software support to end users, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering high-quality support services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hardware and software support for end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients).
Install and configure operating systems and required applications.
Install and configure Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) including email setup.
Troubleshoot software issues (Office, browsers, plugins, antivirus, OS configurations).
Resolve login issues, disk space problems, and performance-related issues.
Perform basic network troubleshooting for end users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and peripherals (scanners, drivers, toners).
Deploy and prepare new devices for users.
Relocate and support devices across different locations.
Inspect devices and identify those requiring upgrades or replacement.
Perform updates, patches, and ensure devices are secure and compliant.
Install and configure additional applications as per IT policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support.
Hands-on experience with ITSM or ticketing tools.
Strong experience with Microsoft end-user products.
Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS).
Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Bilingual (Arabic / English) is required.
