Job Description & Major responsibilities:
- Act as the core technical interface between regional customers and the internal R&D team, establishing an efficient communication bridge to ensure accurate transmission and consistent implementation of technical requirements.
- Focus on the core businesses of smart power distribution and energy efficiency management systems, and extend to EV charging, industrial & building automation, data centers, smart cities, smart agriculture and other smart system fields. Conduct in-depth application scenario analysis, extract and sort out business requirements, polish customized solutions, design systematic architecture, and lead the full-process R&D of projects, being accountable for the successful delivery and implementation of projects.
- Develop system demonstration solutions and technical explanation materials to support solution promotion, business development and precise clarification of customer requirements, and improve the efficiency of technical communication and docking.
- Collaborate with the internal R&D team and external third-party partners to promote project implementation, supervise the whole project progress, control key project nodes, and ensure the on-time delivery of products/systems to customers.
- Provide professional technical support for the on-site application of products and systems, respond quickly to and solve on-site technical problems, and guarantee the stable and reliable operation of the whole system.
- Compile, sort out and file technical documents related to projects and products, and ensure the integrity, standardization and traceability of all technical documentation.
- Provide targeted technical support for local customers in West Asia & Africa region, organize technical training sessions for internal and external partners to precipitate technical experience; collect regional market technical demands and industry information synchronously, and provide accurate business intelligence feedback to the R&D headquarters to support the headquarters product iteration and strategic layout.
- Continuously research the latest development trends and technical dynamics of the smart system market in the West Asia & Africa region, explore technical innovation points and integrate them into the design of the next-generation product platform, and drive the localized innovation and upgrading of technologies and products.
- Conduct in-depth research on IoT platforms, software & hardware and application development technologies, realize efficient device connectivity, accurate data collection, and intelligent remote control & management, and consolidate the technical foundation of smart systems.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Engineering or other related majors, with a solid professional theoretical foundation.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the design of smart power distribution systems, energy efficiency management systems, industrial/building automation, data centers or other smart systems.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to use English as the working language for customer communication, team collaboration and document compilation.
- Master the core working principles of SCADA, HMI, IoT, and front-end & back-end development, with professional technical thinking and practical capabilities for systematic design.
- Familiar with mainstream IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, and proficient in IoT communication technologies including RS485, CAN, Ethernet, 5G, Wi-Fi, LoRa, NB-IoT, with the ability to select and apply appropriate technologies according to different application scenarios.
- Familiarity with the characteristics of low-voltage electrical products such as ACB, MCCB, MCB is a preferred advantage; experience in on-site project delivery and system debugging is a preferred advantage.
- Strong passion for technological R&D, with excellent adaptability, efficient execution capability and cross-team collaboration capability.
- Good problem analysis and solving capabilities, rigorous logical thinking, attention to details, and strong capabilities in technical document compilation and technical knowledge sharing.
