About the Role

Lead technical communications with key enterprise accounts and for major projects. Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical communications with key enterprise accounts and for major projects.
• Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients.
• Design integrated energy storage system solutions and prepare tender documentation.
• Be responsible for responding to RFPs, delivering compelling bid presentations, and addressing technical inquiries during the bidding process.
• Deliver conduct product training sessions, technical workshops, and seminars for customers.
• Gather and analyze customer information and requirements.
• Monitor and compile intelligence on competitor products and activities.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills, experience in Utility Scale BESS energy storage solutions is a plus;
• Knows how to use CAD.
