As an Engagement Manager, you will lead teams of Associates and Senior Associates to solve complex commercial and strategic challenges within the aviation industry.


Experience:

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in the aviation/aerospace industry
  • 6 years of consulting experience ideally
  • Passion for aviation industry
  • Experienced leader managing teams of 3 people minimum
  • Strong communication
  • Leading strategic projects
