Reporting To: Senior Management / HR Leadership

Role Definition: Manages the Employee Engagement + Internal Communications + Event/Program Management. This is a hands-on engagement role in charge with strategy and execution of an annual employee engagement strategy to coordinating an event, writing an internal announcement, analyzing survey feedback, or working directly with employees at project sites.

The successful candidate will be the driving force behind Company's internal engagement agenda, ensuring that employees feel informed, recognized, connected, and proud to be part of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, employee experience, HR, corporate communications, events, or a similar role.
3. Experience in a construction, engineering, contracting, real estate, or large operational organization is preferred.
4. Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

UAE/GCC experience is preferred
