Engagement Manager - IT/Technology - Governments

Description:
- 10–14 years of experience in relationship management, client engagement, business partnering, or stakeholder management within technology, digital transformation, government, or public sector environments.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a people leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing client-facing teams.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic relationships with senior government stakeholders, with the credibility and influence to engage effectively at executive and leadership levels.
- Proven experience developing and supporting business cases for technology and digital transformation initiatives, including defining and articulating both financial and non-financial return on investment (ROI) and value realization.
- Experience working within or alongside government digital transformation programs, with a strong understanding of government operating models, decision-making processes, strategic planning, and public sector governance.
