Corporate Facility Management
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive facility safety and maintenance programs to
optimize performance, mitigate risks, and promote operational excellence. Utilizes cross-functional
initiatives to enhance facility reliability, sustainability, and resilience. Acts as a strategic partner, fostering
a positive safety culture and developing junior talent
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and repair of corporate facility systems, including
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and
extend the lifespan of equipment and systems.
- Conduct detailed diagnostics to identify issues and implement timely repairs to maintain
operational efficiency.
- Analyse energy consumption patterns and recommend solutions to enhance energy efficiency and
reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all facility
operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure maintenance services are delivered effectively
and align with organizational standards.
- Prepare and execute plans for facility-related emergencies, such as equipment failures or natural
disasters, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Create, review, and maintain detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation to ensure
accurate facility layouts and support project planning and execution.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Engineering, Occupational Safety or equivalent fields
Experience
- 3 years minimum of experience
