Job Summary:
The Engineer, Maintenance E&I is responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of electrical and instrumentation systems in the facility. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving E&I equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for E&I systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues in a timely manner.
- System Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of E&I systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and modifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering and maintenance teams to coordinate activities and share best practices.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on E&I systems and maintenance practices.
- Project Support: Assist in the implementation of capital projects and system upgrades related to E&I.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, specifically in electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of E&I systems, control systems, and relevant maintenance software.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)) are a plus.
