About the Job

Plan, coordinate and supervise the mechanical maintenance activities for the plant to ensure the availability and reliability of rotary and static equipment.

Key Accountabilities

Maintenance Planning, Execution and expertise

u00B7 Provide support for decision making to the operations team and maintenance team for equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine equipment surveillance and start-up activities.

u00B7 Develop long range plans for machinery overhaul through performance evaluations on the equipment and based on running hours to maintain high reliability & availability of the plant.

u00B7 Participate in the preparation of predictive, preventive, modification and major shutdown maintenance programmes for mechanical equipment in the plant.

u00B7 Align with Operations/ YTT and drive quality aspects of work requests and work orders

u00B7 Ensure that all the plant rotating, and static equipment are maintained, improved and/or replaced for optimum plant availability, reliability and sustainability to meet the plant Integrity requirements.

u00B7 Plan and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities with other departments and sections to ensure availability of resources and supporting teams.

u00B7 Maintain required material, spares, consumables and tools in high quality and quantities to ensure continuous availability.

u00B7 Ensure availability of spares, coordinate and follow-up new material orders. Create new proposal for stocking spares, create item change request, spare parts control, and delete unwanted inventories from the stock.

Minimum Requirements

u00B7 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

u00B7 At least 6 years of experience in engineering and maintenance of Rotating/Static equipment with full knowledge of HSE in a plant environment within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
