Penspen is looking for an Engineer, Project-MOC for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.
He will be responsible for managing, controlling, and documenting changes to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects
Qualification Required
- An Engineering Degree in Civil /Mechanical/Electrical from a recognized University.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in which 10 years should be in the MEGA oil and gas processing projects
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in oil & gas construction, with 3-5 years specializing in MOC for EPCM projects.
- Liaising between engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients (such as ADNOC) to secure necessary approvals.
- Experience in technical submittal reviews, contractor claims management, and site inspections
- ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
