Position:Engineer - Sales support
Qualification: B-TECH /BEElectrical andElectronicsEngineering
Experience:2 to 3 years of sales support /Estimationexperiencein (EV charging /Greenenergy /Sustainable Energy/Electricalequipment sector.

- Immediateattention to theenquiries to support the SalesEngineer
- Preparethetechno commercial offer, coordinating with the salesengineer and send to the customer on time.
- Material submittalpreparation on timein line withProject Specification, SLD and BOQ.
- Support the SalesEngineer for Technical discussions with clients, consultants, contractors, and the facility management team.
- Registration of a company in differententities and raisingawareness of theconcept or technology.
- Based on the client's budget constraints for any specificproject, carrying out Valueengineering studies.
- Estimation forelectrical systems incorporating forthe project.
- MakingPre-Qualification documents, both standards as wellproject project-specific Questionnaires.
- Support to coordinatewith theinternal operation for thesiteevaluation for the initialpitch of turnkeyprojects.
- Support to coordinatewith theinternal operation teams to obtain contractor quotes in support of sales opportunities.
- Interfacewith internal departments toensure accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to individualend users.
- Support for conducting in-depthproduct demonstrations ofproducts/services.
- Support inpresenting theproduct (EV charging) and all features to customers at all therelevantevents.
- Support in establishing new accounts and service accounts by identifyingpotential customers andplanning and organizing sales call schedules.
- Support in preparing salesengineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information andengineering and application trends.
- Contributes to salesengineeringeffectiveness by identifying short-term and long-rangeissues that must beaddressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
- Support the salesengineer to submit the monthly Sales andProjectprogress report to the linemanager.
- Address any issues related to techno-commercial to the linemanager whenever support is needed.
- Contributes to teameffort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Discuss themarket feedback and information within theteam during brainstorming sessions to sharpen our strengths and knowledge.
- Communicatewith the OEM factory whenever required
