On behalf of the rock Contracting Company, we are inviting engineering consultancy offices (small to medium size) for Architectural, Structural, and MEP design services for upcoming commercial malls and residential compounds.

Scope:

• Full integrated design services(Structural, Architectural, and MEP)
• Commercial malls and residential compounds (multi-story buildings)
• Preparation of detailed construction drawings and discipline coordination

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Egyptian and international codes
• Relevant previous projects in New Cairo
• Multidisciplinary in-house team capable of delivering coordinated designs on schedule
