Job Summary:

The Engineering Director provides overall technical and engineering leadership for construction projects, ensuring successful delivery in accordance with approved designs, contracts, quality standards, budgets and schedules,.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering and technical teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee design review, technical coordination, value engineering, and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Monitor engineering progress, technical risks, resources, and project requirements.
• Resolve complex engineering issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Establish engineering procedures and ensure quality and timely technical deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or related discipline.
• Minimum 20+ years of engineering and construction experience.
• Extensive experience with construction/contracting companies and large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, technical, project management, and commercial skills.
