Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of multi-disciplinary engineering graduates, with a focus on their professional development and continuous growth.
Develop and implement detailed plans for ensuring that engineering graduates contribute effectively to project objectives while gaining exposure to various technical areas.
Monitor the quality of engineering work performed by graduate engineers, ensuring technical standards and project requirements are met within agreed timelines.
Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment by leading, mentoring, coaching, and motivating engineering graduates to achieve their full potential.
Work closely with the Engineering Performance Manager, Technical Discipline Authorities, and Project Managers to integrate graduate engineers into larger engineering teams and ensure their technical skills are continuously developed.
Consult with clients (internal and external wherever required) to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables, ensuring graduate engineers are prepared to support client-facing needs when required.
Collaborate with HR and senior management to recommend strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining engineering graduates, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and targets.
Regularly assess the progress and development of engineering graduates, providing feedback and adjusting development plans as necessary, and documenting performance in the Performance at Penspen system.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in engineering education and development to improve training processes.
