Position Summary
We are seeking Qatari fresh graduates in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration to join our Oil & Gas Maintenance Projects. Selected candidates will work directly on active contracts and support technical or commercial operations while receiving on-the-job guidance from experienced professionals.
For Electrical / Mechanical Engineers:
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Assist in equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Coordinate with supervisors and client representatives
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Support shutdown and turnaround activities when required
For Business Administration Graduates (Commercial / Business Development / Procurement):
- Support commercial and business development activities
- Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and prequalification documents
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Support procurement activities including supplier coordination and quotations
- Assist in contract documentation and commercial reporting
- Coordinate with operations teams for cost tracking and project support
Requirements
- Qatari National (or Mother of Qatari)
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Willing to work in industrial areas such as Ras Laffan
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
