Engineering Lead – Full Stack & Generative AI

We are hiring an experienced Engineering Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of modern digital and AI-powered solutions.

As an Engineering Lead, you will provide technical leadership across full-stack engineering, cloud architecture, data platforms, and Generative AI initiatives. You will lead engineering teams, define technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure successful delivery of scalable enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Define architecture and technology strategy for enterprise applications

Lead full-stack development across ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Python, SQL, and MERN technologies

Design and deploy AI/GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and Vector Databases

Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Mentor engineering teams and lead architecture and design reviews

Ensure delivery quality, performance, security, and maintainability
