Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Growth

  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
  • Foster a culture of efficiency, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Guide and coach engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Implement processes for code reviews, test plans, and deployment practices.

Project Management & Execution

  • Translate the engineering roadmap into executable projects and own end-to-end delivery.
  • Track and report engineering health metrics (e.g., bug severity, production incidents, resolution timelines).
  • Ensure the timely and successful execution of engineering projects while meeting quality standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Product Managers on functional roadmaps and requirements.
  • Partner with Architects on non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, and performance.
  • Align priorities and timelines with business owners, PMs, and architects.
  • Own communication, reporting, and alignment across all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
