Engineering Manager - Hiring UAE National

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong engineering background and 1–3 years of relevant experience to support engineering coordination, project execution, technical reviews, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of engineering activities across projects.
• Coordinate with design, site, project, procurement, quality, and operations teams.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and engineering deliverables.
• Support technical problem-solving and resolution of site/project issues.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project risks, actions, and technical dependencies.
• Support cost, schedule, and resource planning activities.
• Prepare engineering reports, progress updates, and management presentations.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and project coordination discussions.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and project execution standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following:
• Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Construction Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering / project experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of project execution and engineering coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; exposure to AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
