Engineering Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager based in Dubai, with the option for some remote work. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, lead a team of developers, and manage integration efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables. Key responsibilities include planning and executing technical roadmaps, collaborating across functional teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and align with organizational goals. The role will also involve close coordination with cross-disciplinary experts to develop tools and resources that support MEI's mission of knowledge sharing and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Engineering Management and effective Team Leadership
• Strong background in Software Development and implementation
• Experience with Project Management and coordinating complex technical initiatives
• Familiarity with system Integration and related engineering practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Ability to balance technical leadership with strategic alignment to organizational goals
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in cross-cultural or international roles is a plus
