Engineering Manager (.NET, Angular/ReactJS & AWS)

One of our Product Based MNC client is seeking an Engineering Manager with strong engineering leadership skills and expertise in .NET, Angular/ReactJS, and AWS. This is a full-time opportunity, and only immediate joiners will be considered.

Position Details

Role: Engineering Manager (.NET + Angular/ReactJS + AWS)

Experience: 11 to 14 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: General Shift

Location: Bangalore

Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds + 1 Final Face-to-Face Round

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10-12 Software Engineers.
• Own technical delivery of enterprise software solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to drive product vision and execution.
• Define technical strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Ensure high-quality software development through Agile practices.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in C#/.NET Microservices
• Hands-on experience with Angular/Modern JavaScript(ReactJS)
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, RDS, S3, SQS, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MySQL/MS SQL
• Experience in People Management and Technical Leadership
• Expertise in enterprise software architecture and solution design
