About the Job:

We are looking for a Engineering Manager - NET+Angular experienced in web-based application development in banking projects, especially internet banking, CRM, LOS, Branch Banking to join our rapidly growing team across regions.

What you will be doing:

• Lead development teams and Technical Leads across assigned products and projects.
• Drive workforce planning, team structure, hiring, onboarding, and career development activities.
• Establish development standards, engineering best practices, and technical governance across teams.
• Ensure delivery commitments are achieved while maintaining quality, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to align priorities and execution plans.
• Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and succession planning.
• Support Technical Leads in solution design, architecture decisions, technical escalations, and risk management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development plans for team members.
• Monitor engineering KPIs, productivity metrics, technical debt, and delivery health indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across software development processes, tools, and practices.
• Support recruitment activities including candidate evaluation and technical interviews.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence

What we are looking for:

• 11+ years of software development experience in .NET and Angular
• 5+ years of Software Development Manager, Engineering Manager, or Development Manager experience leading global development team.
• Experience managing multiple development teams and Technical Leads.
• Strong background in Angular, .NET, Microservices, and enterprise application development.
• Banking, Digital Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing software development teams and Technical Leads globally.
• Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in capacity planning, resource management, and workforce development.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with project managers, developers, designers and IS to develop, implement, and maintain corporate web sites and applications that adhere to brand standards and strategies
