Ensure quality of engineering deliverables by Contractor in compliance with the project requirements with deviations thoroughly documented as per the project procedures
Understand clearly contents of key Engineering problems as a responsible person for Engineering execution, reviewpriorities among those, provide lead engineers with a clear direction (action plan, priority, timeframe).
Ensure implementation of Replication Philosophy in the Engineering execution
Make fit for purpose and timely decisions concerning approvals/rejections for deviations, (1) systematically referring to cases as a benchmark, (2) carrying out due diligence as required, (3) taking into account both mitigation of technical risks and that for execution risks, such as impact on Procurement and Construction activities.
Deliver Engineering deliverables by contractor as per schedule without impacting succeeding Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities.
If any delay,notify relevant entities (PMT and contractor) well in advance to find a solution of work around by contractor and Company.
Ensure quality and timely completion of Vendor Engineering by contractor so that NO major technical problems are exported from Vendors factories to Site for construction.
Ensure (1) Engineering activities are fully completed by contractor's engineering operating centers as per planned schedule and (2) NO major pending engineering activities and problems are exported to contractor's field engineering team.
Establish a strong team work within PMT Engineering team and with contractor.
Perform thorough technical reviews of contractor's technical change proposals, in particular those originated from Pre-FEED/FEED, to facilitate a timely decision making process
Participate in internal and External key technical reviews
What you need to bring:
Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline.
20 years experience preferably within the Oil & Gas industry, of which 10 years operating at a senior project engineering management level with overall responsibility for engineering execution, of which 3 years operating in a position of one of key engineering disciplines (Process, Civil/Strcuture, Piping, Elec, Instrument, etc.) as a core and solid technical discipline backbone
Broad and extensive knowledge of engineering design standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria.
Broad knowledge of onshore facilities design, construction and operations, with an in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following engineering areas: material & corrosion, piping or mechanical engineering
Broad knowledge of engineering coordination/administration (Document Control, MDR, Progress, Engineering tools including models, advance work packages, handover system, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.
