About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead who will own end-to-end delivery, from architecture and coding to deployment and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a senior engineer or tech lead who thrives in high-velocity environments, can crack complex deployment pipelines, and wants to lead and mentor a growing engineering team. You will be the technical cornerstone of the company's engineering function, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery across our platform while enabling scalable growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot, React.js, React Native, Flutter.
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub/GHAS), and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Selenium, Terraform, and Camunda.
• Experience delivering integration-heavy banking systems or regulated fintech platforms.
• Strong understanding of core banking workflows, API connectivity, and B2B banking infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead hands-on teams, manage delivery pipelines, and scale engineering processes.
