Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-performing software development teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful delivery of scalable and reliable products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, people management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex software projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead, mentor, and manage Tech teams.

● Define technical strategy and align engineering initiatives with business goals.

● Drive project planning, execution, and timely delivery of software releases.

● Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.

● Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.

● Conduct performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.

● Manage resource allocation, hiring, onboarding, and team growth.

● Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.

● Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.

● Ensure system scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

Position 1 : Engineering Manager (Strong experience in Python, Django, Linux)

Position 2 : Engineering Manager (Strong experience in PHP, Laravel)

● 12+ years of software development experience with at least 4+ years in engineering leadership.

● Strong experience in o, JavaScript, MySQL, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

● Strong understanding of system design, architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.

● Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and software delivery lifecycles.

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

● Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience managing distributed teams.

● Exposure to AI/ML, LLM, Agentic AI, or modern automation technologies.

● Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
