Position Overview
The Project Manager Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects within scope, time, budget, and quality standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and compliance with specifications and drawings.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and local regulations.
- Review BOQs, contracts, variations, and change orders.
- Report project status, risks, and milestones to senior management.
- Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong background in Engineering Management and Project Management
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and relevant software
