We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator / After Sales Support Engineer to manage maintenance operations, after-sales support activities, and service coordination for assigned accounts. The role involves handling maintenance proposals, operational planning, client coordination, procurement activities, and team supervision to ensure smooth execution of maintenance services and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for after-sales service requests and maintenance activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and AMC-related documentation
- Coordinate manpower deployment and operational planning for maintenance jobs
- Monitor progress of work orders and support field teams during execution
- Arrange site visits and coordinate required work permits
- Handle procurement and sourcing activities related to maintenance operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and freight forwarders for service requirements
- Update and maintain service records and case logs in NetSuite
- Prepare monthly reports and maintenance documentation
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support tender preparation, technical submittals, and service proposals
- Contribute to department revenue growth through effective account management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, maintenance coordination, or after-sales support
- Experience in IT, ELV, or security systems industry preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills
- Good project management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with maintenance operations and service coordination
- Good command of English and computer skills
- UAE driving license preferred
