Requirement - Engineering Technician
Location - Dubai.
Industry - Pharmaceutical . Engineering Division experience Must
Qualification - Diploma /Batchelor in Electrical Engineering
Experience - 5-10 years in Pharma Manufacturing plant
#Responsibilities
1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, including tablet presses, granulators, blenders, coating pans, and primary
2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools
3. Assist in the installation, qualification, and validation of new equipment, including factory acceptance testing
4. Monitor and maintain critical utility systems, including HVAC systems, purified water generation and distribution, compressed air systems
5. Conduct performance testing and calibration of instruments and equipment
6. Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, including reliability-centered maintenance
7. Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, EUGMP, MHRA, SFDA and Local MOHAP regulations
8. Perform energy audits on utilities and equipment to identify opportunities
9. Provide technical support during regulatory audits
10. Participate in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
