Engineering Trainee-UAE National (Emiratization)

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineering graduate to join our team as an Engineering Trainee. This opportunity is ideal for a fresh graduate with strong technical knowledge, a willingness to learn, and an interest in gaining practical engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the engineering team with day-to-day technical activities and projects.
• Assist with reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Support equipment inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical reports, records, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure engineering tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow up on pending actions and provide regular progress updates.
• Comply with all company health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience is not required.
• Good technical knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, power distribution, and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
