Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Account Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with the opportunity to work remotely part-time. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor during interactions. The role involves supporting customers across various communication channels, efficiently managing accounts, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, including Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional support
  • Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Representative duties and Account Management principles
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is a Must
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
