OAC 18 is looking for experienced English, Arabic and French-speaking (Multi-lingual) Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

With new dedicated Arabic and France-targeted campaigns launching, we're looking for agents who can build relationships, represent OAC 18 professionally, and turn new market opportunities into business.

What We're Looking for:

·       Fluent in English, Arabic and French speaker (Multi-lingual)

·       Previous Dubai real estate experience

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills

·       Confident working with international clients and investors

·       Strong understanding of the Dubai property market

·       Professional, ambitious and client-focused

·       UAE-based

Your Role:

·       Advise buyers and investors on Dubai real estate opportunities

·       Manage leads generated through OAC 18 campaigns

·       Build and maintain long-term client relationships

·       Conduct property presentations, viewings and consultations

·       Follow up with prospects and manage deals through to closing

·       Participate company events when required

·       Represent OAC 18 and its developer partners professionally
