Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Back Office Agent (Voice & Non-Voice) based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual will handle both voice and non-voice-related tasks, including managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, data entry, processing requests, and ensuring smooth communication via written and verbal channels. The role requires timely coordination with various teams to meet client needs and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer service tasks such as addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests efficiently
  • Proficient knowledge of data entry and administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • High attention to detail and excellent accuracy in handling tasks
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills within a professional setting
  • Educational background in business administration, communications, or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
