Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Qesm El Maadi. The English C1 Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. The day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, presenting and explaining insurance options, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves handling client documentation with accuracy and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, or a customer-focused role.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and fulfill client needs effectively.
• Organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts and follow up on sales leads.
• Familiarity with insurance products and solutions is considered an asset, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
